Returns We accept returns within 48 hours of you receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition as sent — unworn and with any packaging included. To request a return, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and reason.

Mystery Football Shirt — Please Note Mystery Football Shirts are non-returnable on the basis of not liking the club or design received. By purchasing a mystery shirt, you accept that the team and kit are chosen at our discretion. League preference selections (e.g. "No Premier League") will be honoured where possible, but cannot be guaranteed in all cases.

Authenticity All shirts sold by Football Shirt Co. are genuine, authenticated products. For signed items such as our Bayern Munich Mehmet Scholl shirt, authenticity is supported by photographic evidence included in the listing — no certificate of authenticity is provided. Please review all listing photos carefully before purchasing.
